I went back to the beginning with logging my weigh in’s. Mainly because of the recent weight gain I’ve experience & the lack of commitment I was displaying. I switched my weigh in’s and weekly meal plan start date’s to Monday’s, it just will be a lot easier to track my progress that way. Normally I wouldn’t have started over I would have just given up already that’s how I know my mentality has changed a lot! I’m proud of myself for keeping with it and just starting over - not giving up.
